Event Details
The College Planner, LLC will present a seminar for parents and their students that receive services and/or accommodations through an IEP or 504 plan. The seminar will include an overview and timeline of the college process with a focus on the transition methods for students receiving services as they approach graduation. Topics will include: securing services in college and how it differs from middle school/high school, goals for students to become their best self-advocate and other opportunities after high school.
For young adults entering grades 9-12 and their parents/guardians.
