Strike a pose at WTML's community yoga class with Vinyasa Freedom Flow Yoga led by Cingarden Events yoga instructor, Cynthia Montalvo. In this one-hour class, you will learn smooth meditative movements between poses and focus of the breath to create a synergy between strength, focus, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind.
