Event Details

Martin "Marty" Podskoch, a travel and history author, aims to provide Connecticut residents with an opportunity to discover every corner of their state through his book, Connecticut 169 Club: Your Passport and Guide to Exploring Connecticut. From the charming beauty of Kent in the northwest hills to the culinary delights along the Westbrook shoreline and the industrial heritage of New Britain, Podskoch captures the essence of each municipality. A retired reading teacher from Delhi, NY, now residing in East Hampton, Conn., Podskoch has meticulously curated fascinating details about the 169 towns, cities, and villages of Connecticut, with the hope of inspiring people to embark on a journey to explore them all.
