Event Details

For families with children entering grades K-6

Registration begins August 26. Phone the Children’s Department at 860-652-7718 to reserve a kit. One kit per family. Since supplies are limited, if a kit is not picked up within 5 days, it will be given to the next family on the wait list. 

A do-at-home activity developed by UConn 4-H allowing kids to explore physical and biological sciences to go along with the summer theme “READ, RENEW, REPEAT”.   

Explore food chains and ecological communities as you become a game engineer, designing your very own environmentally themed board game. Each activity has a tutorial video featuring Mr. Marc, which you can access on the UConn Extension YouTube channel or on the UConn 4-H website.
