Celebrate summer creativity by transforming seashells into vibrant works of art! Join artist and instructor Jean Rill-Alberto as she guides you through the fun and easy process of decorative decoupage using beautiful paper designs. Perfect for all experience levels, this workshop lets you bring a splash of color to your world and take home your own unique summer treasure!
