Program Description

Event Details

Due to popular demand, we’ve opened this second session! The original session on 12/29 filled quickly, so if you were able to register for that date, please leave this new session open for others who didn’t get the chance to sign up. Thank you for helping us make space for everyone!

Discover the magic of sourdough from starter to loaf in this immersive, hands-on workshop led by Glastonbury-based “breaducator” Isabelle Laufer.

You’ll learn the science behind sourdough, explore what makes a great loaf, see and touch real examples, and get a close-up look at the tools of the trade. Isabelle will also guide you through a live demonstration of mixing, stretch-and-folds, shaping, and scoring, bringing the sourdough process to life before your eyes.

To top it off, every attendee will leave with their own sourdough starter to begin their baking journey at home.

Rooted in tradition, creativity, and connection, this workshop is perfect for anyone ready to dive into the full sourdough experience.
