In this creative workshop, participants will discover how to use a laser engraver to precisely etch intricate patterns and images onto colorful rainbow scratch paper. After a brief tutorial on designing for the laser software, attendees will watch as the machine’s beam carefully removes the black top layer to reveal the vibrant colors hidden beneath. Everyone will leave the session with a unique, high-contrast piece of art and a foundational understanding of modern maker-space technology.
