This month's topic is salary negotiation! This session will help you understand all the elements of a job offer, as well as how to determine if the offer is right for you.  Identify common fears associated with the negotiation process and how to overcome those fears using methods rooted in research and direct engagement. Through this session you know how to confidently advocate for yourself and ensure you receive the best offer possible.
